The Koutoubia offered a familiar Marrakech backdrop, with palms, green tiles and long ochre walls. We alternated portraits of the three of them with closer moments: an embrace, a kiss and a child finding a place on a low wall. Leaving room to move kept the photographs connected to the walk.
